Executive Team

David Reischer


David Reischer serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pratt Street Capital and Chairman of the Investment and Credit Committees. As a 25+ real estate industry veteran, he has been involved in the development and management of numerous properties throughout the country.

Y. Jeffrey Spatz, Esq.


Jeff serves as Chief Operating Officer and as Pratt Street Capital’s in-house counsel, overseeing acquisitions, operations and leasing activities. Jeff is a seasoned commercial real estate attorney with more than 20 years of in-house and private practice experience. He is actively involved in Pratt Street’s acquisitions and investments and manages the legal aspects of debt and equity financing, joint ventures, and asset management. Prior to joining Pratt Street, he was in private practice where he counseled real estate developers, venture capital funds and lenders. Jeff received a JD with honors from University of Maryland School, earning a Corpus Juris Secundum for Excellence in Contracts and an LLM in taxation from the University of Baltimore.

Tzvi Preiser


Tzvi serves as Chief Financial Officer for Pratt Street Capital. After serving as Pratt Street Capital’s outside CPA for 10 years, Tzvi joined Pratt Street as CFO and Director of Investor Relations in January 2015. Tzvi oversees all aspects of financial planning, accounting, treasury and tax reporting. He was previously a Senior Manager at Neuman, Pollak & Associates, PA, in Baltimore, and managed the audit and technical department of the firm.

David Braunstein


David is responsible for sourcing and negotiating real estate transactions and overseeing day-to-day aspects of Pratt Street Capital’s operating and development activities. Prior to joining Pratt Street Capital, Mr. Braunstein worked at Fortis Property Group, LLC, a private real estate investment, operating, and development firm headquartered in New York City for five years. He worked directly under the CEO and CFO on all matters relating to acquisitions, operations, and development. During his time at Fortis, David facilitated the acquisition of over one billion dollars of office and residential properties around the world. He brings his vast knowledge and experience to Pratt Street Capital’s investment committee.
